Nice, neat and simple.

Layout: 25/25
It's nice and simple. I like the collage of images on the side. Sorta like some of the layout I've made, guess we have the same taste.

Presentation: 15/15
Everything is nicely co-ordinated. There's even a header for each page.

Content: 15/15
Lots of content on Buffy the Vampire Slayer.

Interactivity: 8/10
There's cliques, polls, quizes, etc. But I feel that you could be a bit more creative with it.

Originality: 10/15
It's sort of got your typical stuff. But I think the site name is very original.

Guestbook: 5/10
It's very plain. I think it would be more attractive if you put a grpahic on it or something.

Code: 5/5
Found it super easy.

Bonus: 3/5
It's got lots of content but I feel it needs some more orignal content.

Splash page was fine. Nothing Spectacular.

Code [5/5] Code is Perfect and in a clear spot.

Layout was well done. Very Small though. I prefer larger pictures…and not just blended images…a little brushing gives it originality.

Had No Idea what any link was. Had to go thru each and everyone to find the code. Except she did show what each was after u clicked it.

Plenty of Content. Lots of links to keep viewers entertained.

I noticed there was a lot of WWBD(what would bob do) type sites around…so I don’t know if What Would Buffy Do? Was the original one.

---> First impressions (5 marks)
Splash page is clean 'n' tidy, very nice. I would suggest using pop-ups for your affliate and nomination windows, etc. I know they're evil but for me, this is the one case where they're good! Splash image makes you wanna enter! My only other thought is that the little buttons at the bottom should be center aligned, or even right if you feel adventurous! 3 marks

No probs whatsoever with loading. However the galleries were v. slow, maybe make seperate thumbnails? 4 marks

I've visited WWBD before, but I remember being utterly confused by the navigation! You get away with it though because you have titles for the links. More or less, I know where I stand. 4 marks

---> Layout (15 marks)
Very emotional layout! It would look very groovy if you had a border around the side image and then boxing in the content iFrame. I would probably have placed the title in a different place myself, 'cause it's covering the faces slightly. But that's only minor. Simple layout, but still pretty nifty! 10 marks

---> Graphics (10 marks)
Graphics aren't stunning, but you can blend pretty well. Maybe have a go at gaussian blurring, maybe increasing the contrast and brightness on your images - anything to make them stand out a tad more! Just experiment and try out a bunch of new effects, you never know what might become of it! Take a lookie at jennyspage.net which has some groovy tutorials! 7 marks

I think maybe it's just a tad too dark - computers with low brightness might not be able to see the layout that well. However I'm liking the blue scheme you've chosen throughout, it totally matches that Spuffy moment! 3 marks

Can't pick any faults here! CSS isn't externally linked, which will slow you down when changing layouts, but that's really not worth cutting a point! 5 marks

I'm not too sure about the title font as it's a tad difficult to read. Perhaps try something a bit chunkier for your next layout? Otherwise, the verdana for your content and navigation is fine, nowt wrong there! 4 marks

*yippee* this is where your site really comes into its own! LOVED reading about your convention visit! Julie Caitlin Brown is one scary chick eh?! I thought Adam Busch was such a sweetie when I met him! Anyway...lol, I won't get into this now or I'll never stop! I've just discovered the blends you won awards for and I'm going back to up the graphics mark, some of those are absolutely fab! (That explains why the marks don't match the comments!) Maybe try to add some more interactive things? You have a lot of content though! 23 marks

Most of your content is pretty darn original! I liked your shrines and memorials of various characters muchly! Your layout is nice, and the colors blend well together. i often see that the text is very harsh to read when people do black backgrounds, but yours is nice. The title stands out pretty well, and matches the general feel of the layout. Nice work.

The loading time is just fine, and all the pages match nicely.

well, seeing as this is supposed to be a 'general' buffy fansite, i think you could potentially have *gobs* of content for this site. the content you have is nice, but very general. with a nice site like yours, it'd be cool to see some flare =)

Interactivity: 10/10
Your interactivity is great! you have things for your visitors to use even after they leave your site, and you update regularly, which keeps people coming back for more. you have more than one place for people to leave comments for you too, which is always nice.

Originality: 7/15
your site isnt very original. i could go to just about any buffy fansite and get this same information from other sites. I'm not saying you copied it, but its not different, ya know? though, i do give you props on writign your OWN fan fic instead of hosting others. lol.

What Would Buffy Do?

Index/Splash:
The index page is fine. It's kinda boring though. I like the effect you used on the image. My suggestion is to state the requirements if there are any, like the screensize that the site looks best in.

Layout/Design:
The layout is set up fine. Maybe you should have the image on the left and the one on top blend together? Or add a border to the one of the left. The graphics are low quality and could definately be better. Use some brushes...or just something to spicen them up a bit. Your blends are not the greatest either. Try some different stuff on them and look at some tutorials.

Content:
The clique section is kinda...yeah. You might want to work on it a bit. Add some rules, make a list with the members, add a form for people to join. Signing the guestbook is not where you join cliques. You are so lucky you got to go to a convention! There was one a while back where I live, but, it didn't work out. Woah, you have a lot of merchandise...*looks around embarrased* I don't have much. lol. There is a small photo gallery, you have episode guides but didn't write them yourself, that doesn't count, fanfiction by you! Yay, that's good, a fanart section, jonathan, there's someone I miss, Tara! *cries* I LOVE the old photos of James. They always give me a laugh. Overall, your content is fine. I'd like to see more! So keep adding.
